Step 2: Speak With Your Client Care Professional
After filling out our short assessment form you will be given a project ID along with the name of the client care professional who will be helping you with your recovery. This person will help answer any questions that you have regarding the process of data recovery and will ensure that all of your concerns are taken care of. We are here to help ensure that you get all of your data back in a fast, secure, and confidential manner. Your client care professional will be there step by step to ensure that your recovery runs smoothly and that you are back in business in as little as 48 hours.
Step 3: Get A Free Data Recovery Service Evaluation and Quote
Once you have your project ID and all of your questions have been answered by your client care professional, you will then package up your media and send it in to one of our North American labs for a free clean room evaluation. Our engineers will dig deep into your data loss situation to determine the *exact* problem with your media. Once we have determined the problem we will provide you with a written quote for the total cost of recovery, along with an estimated timeline for the project to be completed. At this stage you will let us know whether or not to proceed with the full recovery of your data.
Timeframe: 4-6 hours from the time your hard drive is received.
Step 4: Data Recovery Is Performed According To Evaluation Findings and Client Approval
Upon approval, the data recovery process will proceed according to your target file specifications and evaluation assessment. All of our data recovery projects are performed in a fully secured laboratory environment. Furthermore, hard drives suffering from physical damage will be performed in a class 100 static-free cleanroom facility to ensure maximum drive efficiency.

Step 5: Data Is Recovered And Placed In Quality Control For Authentication
Upon recovery, your data is taken through a strict quality control procedure. This process will ensure that our data recovery team has recovered the necessary target files that you have identified as most important. The quality control team will also test additional file folders to ensure your recovered data is in useable condition.
Step 6: Recovered Data Is Packaged and Returned With Proper Loading Instructions
Once our quality control team has verified the authenticity of the recovered data, we will then take the necessary steps to properly package and return the data to you. In most cases your data will be returned on CDs, however we do offer various destination media options for a nominal fee should you require it.
