How To Ship Your Media To Data Recovery Canada
It is extremely important that your drive is packaged carefully to avoid any additional damage during shipment. Careful packaging will ensure a greater degree of recovery of your data.
If possible, wrap the drive in an anti-static material.
- Pack the drive in a box twice the size of the drive, using foam, bubble or any anti-shock / vibration material.
- Please fill out the evaluation form as thoroughly as possible, print it, and include a copy with your package.
- For MFM, RLL, & ESDI drives, please include the controller card.
Where Do I Ship My Media:
Toronto:
Data Recovery Canada

Toronto, ON, Canada L3R 8N2
We recommend shipping via
Federal Express or
Purolator (from the USA or Canada) or
DHL (globally) for next day or two-day service. This is the quickest, simplest and most cost effective method, and we will track and manage the shipment on your behalf. If you elect to ship other than FedEx or DHL, we suggest using an Air Next Day Service to avoid potential costs and delays associated with boarder brokerage and customs.
For Customs purposes, a Commercial Invoice must also accompany your package. Please add the description of your drive, make, model and country of manufacture along with your company address. If you need help filling this out properly, please do not hesitate to call. It will only take a few minutes.
